My boyfriend took my 13 year old ESA dog to get her nails clipped and vaccines back in October. This place is a SCAM! These people are not proffesional! most horrible experience. I feel scammed and now I'm at home watching my poor girl take her last breath. when I called for an explanation the person who answered was useless, the doctors had already left but left no notes behind.? I spent almost $700 for some vague answer. I hope these people get attacked by a pack of rabid racoons. what type of human being, let alone a person who chooses to be a veterinarian, sends a sick animal back home without a temporary solution, without pain meds or without the suggestion of maybe having to put the dog down because she's obviously in pain and ill and might not make it until Tuesday. she is now taking what seems to be her last breath. the only thing they could say is "wait until Tuesday when our specialist is here" my poor dog is unresponsive, in pain, cannot move and these horrible humans just sent her back home. when i got home, I was informed that my dog had to have a $674 Xray, the "doctors/vet"and technician gave my boyfriend some vague explanation and tried to gauge more money out of us before giving us any answers. Due to work, I was unable to be present while she was being examined. Today my dog had to be taken back to the vet's office because the night before she was lethargic, loss of appetite and not herself. when my dog got home she was walking around and started bleeding. they cut one of her nails so deep that she bled, I understand sometimes that happens but they didn't let us know of the incident. I payed for the ear cleaning and left the office with my dogs vaccination history, and I'm on my way to my former veterinarian in Los Angeles. Ragi Boctor told me that the treatment for my dog was going to be over $300.00 for a vigorous allergy treatment that would include cortisone shots.
My dog developed a bad rash, constantly scratching and I discontinued the medication, in which the rash started to clear up immediately. The Terramycin medication help, but the vet told me if my pup developed any of the side effects to discontinue and call him). ( I was in Utah with my dog, and I had to take my dog to a vet.

The front staff said, "No, we can't do that for you, you need to go get the card." So, I drove from Signal Hill straight to Manhattan Beach and back only to find that they had closed upon my return. I offered to leave an alternate credit card number as security and then I could call and pay them with the correct card as soon as I got home (they didn't have Samsung or Apple pay). I arrived at 3 but had misplaced the card that I wanted to pay on (I had left it the pocket of my jacket from when I took her in to be seen two weeks ago).
